Having to navigate the death of her father, and a divorce, Beth Geddio realized she had built a life on a foundation that was made of other's peoples advice, opinions and approvals. Her two biggest foundations were shattered in a matter of 2 years, and so she decided to rebuild herself. She went from searching for extrinsic approval from others, to finding her own standards of approval. She began making daily deposits into her "happiness piggy bank". Beth will share her story of rebuilding her life, and using that overflowing piggy bank to help pour encouragement into others.
